- Passport Photographs: Two recent passport-size photos with a white background.
- Valid Passport: Your passport must be valid for at least six months.
- Postal Applicants: If applying by post, include a pre-paid, addressed envelope for the return of your passport. Ensure the weight of your package aligns with the passport’s actual weight.
- Processing Time: Allow one week for the return of your valid passport.
- Republic of Ireland Applicants: Must submit a minimum of nine coupons.
- Flight Tickets: Both onward and return tickets with bookings are required.
- Vaccination Certificate: A certificate for the meningitis vaccination is mandatory.
- Non-U.K./E.U. Passport Holders: Must possess a valid visa and have entered the UK at least two months prior to applying.
- Children’s Requirements: Children aged one year and older traveling on a parent’s passport must have their photo attached and approved by the relevant authority.
- Accompanying Adult: All women must be accompanied by a Mehram (husband, father, uncle, eldest son, brother, or older nephew), who must be at least 16 years old.

- Visa Processing Time: Typically takes a minimum of 24 hours if all required documents are submitted.

- Passport Collection: Available Monday to Thursday from 11:00 A.M. to 02:00 P.M. and Friday from 11:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M.
- Emergency Pass Collection: Monday to Friday from 04:45 P.M. to 05:15 P.M.
Visa Issuance Timeline:
- Applications for Hajj visas are accepted starting on the 1st of Moharram, with a deadline of the 15th of Ramadan.
- For Hajj, applications are accepted from March 15th until the final submission date of the 25th of Dhu’l-Qada. Early applications are encouraged.
- Visa validity begins from the date of issuance, while residence duration starts upon arrival in Saudi Arabia, with a maximum stay of two weeks for standard visas and during the Hajj season.
